A deep-seated belief that housing can and should be a vehicle for social impact is a driving force in my life and business.

Now happily Nova Scotia-based, my home province of Newfoundland and Labrador greatly influenced my values – foremost being the power of community. The Newfoundland outport life and history instilled in me a profound respect for the tenacity of local economy.

The urgency of the housing crisis calls for quick action and collaboration. An innovative approach for the allocation and flow of capital can be an extremely impactful tool. We need to first question the origin of products, where our investments go, and how it impacts society and the environment. If we work together, we can secure a sustainable future, while prioritizing the wellbeing of our planet and its people.
